Drowning in admin tasks?

A little embarrassed about the chaos? And thinking tha handing things off feels more stressful than just doing it yourself?

objections

You're fed up with all the repetitive clicking around and the five different systems that don't talk to each other — but:

"That's going to cost me a lot of time and money"

Getting someone up to speed takes forever. Is it really worth the hassle?

"It's probably faster if I just do it myself"

What if I lose control of my own processes? I like being the one who knows what's going on.

"Honestly, I'm a little embarrassed"

Letting someone look behind the curtain is a bit scary. Because then it becomes very clear just how big the chaos actually is.

how it works

Here is what working with me actualy looks like

Does this makes you happy? Once you see what's possible, and start feeling the effects — you'll realise the possibilities are endless.

No more repetitive manual work

You save time and energy by automating the dumb, repetitive stuff. Simple as that.

From chaos to clarity

Almost all of your existing software can talk to each other — so your workflows actually connect up and run automatically.

Finally a clear view of your business

You can actually see how things are going again — and get back to doing the work you started your business for. No complicated new software to learn.

Did you know all of this is possible?

I help business owners with all kinds of admin and technical improvements. Your existing software can do so much more than you think — without buying expensive new tools. Most of it is already possible with what you have, just connected up differently. Let the tools do the work you.

Fixing repetitive manual work

Course and training registrations, for example, often require loads of manual steps: keeping track of participants per session, sending personal confirmation emails with info, managing waiting lists, sending certificates, and so on. I've fully automated all of this for clients — without expensive new software.

Let your software work together

In practice, the software you're already using can usually do a lot more than you'd expect. A small tweak can save a surprising amount of time (and money). My thing is finding those time-leaks in your current setup and helping you turn them into time-savings.

Setting up a simple CRM

A client management system sounds big and expensive. It really doesn't have to be. A small, custom-built CRM means you can always reach the right person with the right information — without digging through your inbox every time. And connect it with simple automations to trigger  an automated workflow to contact the right persons in your CRM.

Automating logistics

Almost any repetitive manual task can be turned into an automated one — without buying new software. A lot is already possible with the tools you're using, just by connecting them up. Sounds complex, but it's surprisingly quick to set up.

Improve projectmanagement

A lot of small businesses run all their client communication through email — which means everything gets tangled up fast. Conversations go in circles, threads get buried in CC's, and before you know it you've damaged a client relationship you really didn't mean to. This is so easy to fix, without expensive software.

Taming your inbox

Faq Question Open Icon

I see it almost everywhere I go: inboxes where everything is piled together and it's impossible to tell what's been dealt with and what still needs attention. Give me one session to sort it out and walk you through a simple system to keep it that way. There's a real chance you're missing opportunities sitting right there in your unread mail.

Website maintenance

Faq Question Open Icon

You've got a beautiful website — but it hasn't been updated in ages and it's slowly becoming a security risk. Keeping a site maintained takes time and technical knowledge, so it tends to fall through the cracks. I know Wordpress and Webflow well and I'm happy to take it off your hands.

ABOUT

Nice to meet you — I'm Iris

At every job I've ever had, I'd bump into the same thing: way too much unnecessary manual work. And I'd poke around in the software until I found a way to make it do that work instead. Almost always worked — and almost always saved a lot of time in the process.

Fast forward a few years and there's so much more possible now. The moment I spot an API in a piece of software, I genuinely get excited. You might be wondering what an API even is — but honestly, just ask your current software providers whether they have one and whether they can send you the documentation. Send it to me and my brain starts running :-) The possibilities inside your existing tools are usually endless.

This should work better, right?

Wherever I am, whatever I'm doing — if something isn't working well, I notice it, and I start looking for how to fix it.

I speak fluent human and fluent automation

I use automation a lot, but I work with people first. I like helping business owners get back to doing the work that actually matters.

And I'm also creative as illustrator

I illustrate too — for children's books and websites. Preferably something with a bit of emotion.
